I work with a small number of leaders and destinations at any one time. That is a deliberate choice. The work we do together requires depth, trust and genuine investment in the long-term.

Holding Space 

When I first trained as a facilitator, one idea landed immediately and has never really left. It's the concept of holding space - creating the conditions where people can think together, speak honestly and arrive somewhere they could not have reached alone. That's the thread running through my work, curating and holding transformational thinking and talking spaces, including:

• Keynotes
  opening conversations about the future of destinations and place leadership at conferences, summits and sector gatherings.
• Strategic Facilitation
  working with leadership teams, cross-sectoral partnerships and regional collaborations navigating complex, place-based decisions.
• Advisory
  one-to-one work with senior leaders grappling with the tensions between institutional mandates, political pressures and the long-term health of the places they serve.
• Retreats
  small, invitation-only gatherings in special places that allow reflection, deeper dialogue and renewed sense of direction.

Professional Profile Overview

I am the Founder and CEO of The Tourism Space, a BCorp organisation offering university-accredited and CPD-certified training in sustainable, regenerative and collaborative approaches to tourism.

I am an accomplished strategic facilitator, trainer, credentialed leadership coach, event moderator, off-site and retreat host and keynote speaker.  

Following a early career in multinational sales and marketing roles and college management, I have worked in tourism since 2010.
